Trent Tyler and Myself decided to make a gingerbread house this year. I think Trent and I were either equally or more excited than Tyler. This was not only the very first family gingerbread house but it was the first one any of us had ever made. We had a blast. And by the end of the night my kitchen floor was COVERED in candy,as well as Tylers face. He licked it all off before i could snap a quick pic. (dang it) Anyways, Merry Christmas and Enjoy your holiday season
Love, The Huggins Family <3

Post Gingerbread House
While doing the dishes my 3 year old asked me to take pictures of him. He decided he needed to demonstrate all his different faces. So from happy to sad here they are.

Batman
Batman just came out on tuesday and if u didnt get a chance to see it in theaters you must see it now! it is so good!! Its definitly not a "family" movie, the little ones might have nightmares, but i know i enjoyed it. Heath Ledger did such an awesome job as the joker..he was so creepy and in my opinion he made that movie. If you think batman just isnt ur kind of movie, watch it for Christian Bale. He is lookin good..as always. :) Anyways, as u can tell i loved it. So go see it and get your own opinion. <3

Christmas Time is Here!
Here is is The Huggins Family very fist Christmas tree. :) It will do. Id say we are all enjoying the Christmas season so far. This is not only our first Christmas as a family but this is the first year tyler has actually grasp the Santa Clause idea, and is understanding the true meaning of Christmas. Tyler for one LOVES Jesus. And that makes him just love this whole Christmas celebration like u can not believe. Jesus and Tyler are best friends and he will be sure to let u know that Jesus is coming to Tremonton to live next door to Tyler. He often will suddenly BURST into tears and cry for Jesus. Telling me that he misses him and wants to hug him. I love it. I love knowing just how much Jesus means to Tyler. I love that Tyler feels such a connection with him and that Tyler wants to be close to him. Little kids are, in my opinion, the closest to our heavenly father and Jesus Christ. I think it is because they are still so fresh to this world and are still so innocent not yet touched or weakened by the world they now live in. But whatever the reason is i realize that our little ones are special and i honestly wish i could be more like Tyler. I love his spirit and know it well. I love that little boy. Trent and i are very grateful for an amazing little boy. We are very blessed and are so happy for the holiday season. I love the feelings that this time of year brings. i hope you all enjoy it as well. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays.

Mystery of the missing pink phone
Well Well Well...i solved the mystery of the missing pink phone. For those of you who don't know what happened ill explain. It was about 3 weeks ago(maybe a bit more) i drove to ogden on a sunday to visit my parents while trent was at work. On my way out of town my dad and i went to the gas station to fill up my car. I remember having my cell phone with me because as i was buckling tyler up in his car seat i set it on the roof of my car along with the car keys and my hot cocoa. Then i noticed the next day i couldn't find my phone anywhere! I searched my house high and low..i searched the car. I asked my mom to go check at the gas station, and by the free way. No where was this phone to be found. So i gave up looking and lived without. Trent and i shared and it actually was harder than i thought. Id be on the phone talking to my sister and trent would be begging me to get off so he could use it. Finally i decided to get his christmas present early and bought him the new i phone so i could have his old one and we wouldn't have to share. The day after i bought him his new phone i was getting dressed in the hallway upstairs next to tyler room and i caught a glimpse of something familiar out of the corner of my eye. Yes...there it was. Tucked away oh so secretly behind his bed, my pretty pink LOST cell phone. When trent and i asked him if he hid it from me..all he could do is smile. i actually found it so funny that i wasn't able to get angry with him. But it was a HUGE pain in my butt...and i was so mad when i couldn't find it and i searched for it for weeks..not knowing it was so close. Thanks tyler..and for now on when something goes missing at our house we will be sure to check the black hole in our house also known as tylers room. haha. Here are the pictures to prove it!

The Brick
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown. The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up
against a parked car shouting, 'What was that all about and who are you? Just what
the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?' The young boy was apologetic. 'Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do,' He pleaded. 'I threw the brick because no one else would stop...' With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car. 'It's my brother, 'he said 'He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up.'Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, 'Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me.'Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay. 'Thank you and may God bless you,' the grateful child told the stranger. Too shook up for words, the man simply watch ed the boy!
push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home.It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: 'Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!' God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts. Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's
our choice to listen or not.
Thought for the
Day:
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning Face it, friend - He is crazy about you!
God didn't promise
days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun
without rain, but He did promise strength for the
day, comfort for the tears, and light for the
way.
Read this line very
slowly and let it sink
in...
If God brings you to
it, He will bring you through
it.
